Ephesians 5:8 For you were once darkness, but now you are light in the Lord. Live as children of light.
Ephesians 5:9-13: 9 (for the fruit* of the light consists in all goodness, righteousness and truth) 10 and find out what pleases the Lord. 11 Have nothing to do with the fruitless deeds of darkness, but rather expose them. 12 It is shameful even to mention what the disobedient do in secret. 13 But everything exposed by the light becomes visible—and everything that is illuminated becomes a light.
All references to Light in the Bible are of Hellenic origin: Jesus Christ (Ἰησοῦς Χριστός) being a poetic name for the Sun, or Light.
The God, or Lord of Christianity is Christ/Light: God Is Light.
In Ephesians 5:9, we learn that Light contains these positive qualities: goodness, righteousness and truth. Darkness – the absence of Light – contains the antithesis of these concepts: evil; wrongdoing; lies.
In Ephesians 5:11, we are told to expose the deeds of darkness, since everything exposed by the Light not only becomes visible, it becomes a light in the darkness (Ephesians 5:13). In other words, each light that shines in the darkness creates a path (steps) which helps those who are still in it, to move outside of it.
On a practical level, this involves telling the truth about things that cause harm, or that have been hidden in order to keep humanity enslaved. It also means doing what is good, right, or moral.
It’s happening all over the planet: this will continue to infinity and beyond.

*’fruit’ in Ephesians 5:9 is synonymous with ‘children’ in Ephesians 5:8: children are the fruit born of their parents (the family tree/bloodlines), as are those children of the Light expressions of all of its positive qualities.
