Testimonials

I have always been fairly independent. Greeks don’t really believe in going to therapists, but that doesn’t mean they won’t ask others for help. I was having a difficult time with something in my life two years ago. After doing some research online, I came across Helen’s Tutorial service. It sounded interesting to me because it involves learning – it reminded me of my university education only that everything was done online. I never would have believed that I could take a course of study that was also therapeutic. Helen is a unique combination of both mentor and healer. I am very grateful that I came across her when I did.

I have been reading Helen’s blog since the lockdowns. She opened my eyes in relation to what is going on in the world. I have stopped watching the mainstream media. I do my own research. There’s so much more on this website than I had previously realized – for example, history is not what we have been told. Her website provides so much more than advice for emotional issues – she provides practical help for the current turbulent global climate which I find very inspirational.

Helen’s DIY Therapy: Trauma self-help book was something I found many years ago when it was available from Amazon. I returned recently to buy the other self-help books. She told me that they were only available as PDF documents as she is restructuring her life so that she has complete control of her books – they will be available in paperback again at some point in the future. I bought the PDF copies. The advice in all of these books has been invaluable to my family and myself.
