Uranus (Ouranos/Sky God) will enter Gemini on July 7th 2025 and exit that sign on May 22nd 2033. This will be a very interesting (tumultuous) transit since Uranus is one of the rulers of Aquarius – we are currently in the Age of Aquarius. Also, Pluto (Hades) the God of destruction and transformation, is in Aquarius until 2044. We are truly living in unprecedented times.
The planetary ruler of Gemini is Mercury (Hermes) – messenger of the Gods (planets, or heavenly bodies). Gemini is an air sign as is Aquarius – with Uranus being one of the rulers of Aquarius, we are looking at many happenings involving electricity and technology. In addition, Gemini is the mutable air sign which means that it is the most changeable, or unstable of the three air signs.
If there was ever a time when the digital world could simply explode into oblivion, it would be during this eight year planetary transit.
Imagine Dias (Zeus) throwing a lightning bolt at the internet headquarters. He inherited this lightning-rod-throwing-ability from his Grand Daddy, Ouranos (Uranus) – the father of his father Kronos (AKA Saturn).
It does not matter whether you think what I describe in the previous paragraph is literal, or symbolic – you will see these events play out in the years to come. The electricity in the sky does manifest as lightning – lightning causes storms/tornadoes, fires and explosions.
I foresee one, or more of the following scenarios taking place over the next eight years:
1/ There will be so many issues with technology, and the digital world in general, that people will stop using it for important things such as, earning a living and storing important documents.*** People have already started moving away from social networking due to AI and the increase of fake accounts on social media platforms.
2/ The digital world will be put out of commission as I state above…
3/ The entire power grid may be taken out which may happen with solar flares, not lightning. Solar flares impact the Earth’s electromagnetic field.
So, get ready folks – back up all of your digital data, make paper copies of important material, including photos. You may want to laminate them. Store them in waterproof, or fireproof containers. Of course, you will take whatever other measures are needed to protect yourselves, your loved ones and your property.
If your livelihood is dependent upon the digital world, I recommend that you look for different ways of making a living. If your work already offers products or services that can be provided in the three-dimensional world, then begin accepting only physical forms of payment for your work (cash, or barter).
New Information
The sign of Gemini also rules information – even though the internet is a quick way to get information, we will be getting more from people in face-to-face interactions. New information, or messages (remember, the ruler of Gemini is Hermes, the messenger) will make us change our minds about certain things that we may have once thought of as permanent. So, we need to remain flexible, especially when it comes to making plans for the future.
Geminis are known for rapidly changing their minds.

Storing material via analog (non-digital) technology alone is not enough since we may have long periods without access to electricity.
